- Returns
must be made in original conditions. We absolutely will not
accept any beads that are loose and has been take off from the string. Exam the
strands carefully before you take them off from the string.
- Return must be made within 15 calendar
days after receipt: Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. We refund the
actual paid cost of any merchandise returned to us
within 15 calendar days after you receive it. Freight
and insurance are not refundable.
- It will
take 20 to 25 business days for the refund to be processed. But rest assured
that refunds will be made.
- Quantity Discount
Adjustment: If the returned amount
affected the level of quantity discount on the original invoice, we will revise
it accordingly and deduct the quantity discount difference from the
refund.
