• Our pictures are are accurate representation of the actual thing.  Photos are taken using very typical strands from a bundle of the same item.  But, pictures are not 100 % accurate and reliable picture that can show the actual quality of merchandise without certain degree of distortion. 
• Copyrights: We produce all pictures in our own office and own the copyrights. It is illegal to use our pictures without our written permission

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and Paypal.  

• How long? A typical strand is approximately 16" long for Chinese Beads and 14.5" strand for for Indian beads. Some Indian gemstone beads are in 7.5 to 8" strands.  Please read our "Item Specifics".

• We ship all over the world via FedEx, US postal, and EMS Express by US postal.
• We do not markup on shipping charges, you will be paying actual charges.
• Duties: All duties to be paid by customer.
  Please make sure how to pay duties in your country before placing an order with us. Please call your local UPS and FedEx offices for details.

• We do our best to keep all items in stock at all times.  It is to our interest to keep every item in stock. However, many of our stones are unique and rare.  It is very difficult to keep them in stock at all times since the raw materials are not always available.  

• Returns must be made in original conditions.  We absolutely will not accept any beads that are loose and has been take off from the string. Exam the strands carefully before you take them off from the string.  
• Return must be made within 15 calendar days:  Inspect your order as soon as you receive it.   We refund the actual paid cost of any merchandise returned to us within 10 calendar days after you receive it. Freight and insurance are not refundable.
• It will take 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed.  But rest assured that refunds will be made.
• Quantity Discount Adjustment: If the returned amount affected the level of quantity discount on the original invoice, we will revise it accordingly and deduct the quantity discount difference from the refund.
